Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return. The benefits given by our Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), as well as any other applicable acts
If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased, you can either return the item(s) via courier or in person to our offices in Cape Town within 30 days from the date of purchase

We encourage you to return your parcel via a traceable courier service as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by us.
Refunds will not be processed until the item in question has been received by us and we confirm that the following conditions have been met:
- You return the item within 30 days (inclusive) from the date of purchase -
- The item is in original saleable condition -- with all original tags and any sewn labels still attached -
- in an unworn, unopened and unused state -
- in the original packaging -
If you are not able to comply with these requirements, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items.
Refunds cannot be processed for items especially ordered, custom clothing and gift cards.
Refunds will be done via EFT - you will be contacted for banking details once we have inspected the return and accepted it back into stock.
Please allow 7 - 10 days for refunds.
